Currently Per Bacco Cellars produces
Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and Pinot Noir and limited production runs of
Sangiovese, Syrah, Petite Sirah and a dry Rose'.
The fruits of their labor and dreams paid
off when their 2000 Edna Valley Chardonnay scored 90 points in the Wine
Enthusiast. They branched out with their next two varietals Pinot Noir
and Pinot Grigio. Within a few years they had been rated 90 pts. on all
three of their first varietals.
