Entry Fees:

   Pre Entry:  $14.00 /Class (entries received no later than the Fri. before the show)

   Post Entry:  $17.00 /Class (entries received after the Fri. before the show)

   Warm-ups or Schooling: $8.00 /Class

   Grounds Fee:  $10.00/horse

Show Rules               

1.       Helmets with chin straps must be worn at all times.

2.       Proper riding attire recommended in all classes and may be subject to judges discretion.  Boots required for all classes.

3.       No dogs on premises.

4.       Parent or Legal Guardian must sign release form for contestant to show.

5.       All children must be under adult supervision.

6.       No horses near announcer’s stand.

7.       No alcoholic beverages on premises.

8.       Any class with less than three entries may be combined or canceled.

9.       Division high point is calculated on one-horse, one-rider combination.

10.    Schooling entrants must conform to Judge’s instruction, or will be asked to leave

11.    No running martingales or flash nosebands allowed in hunter classes.

12.    Pairs class is done with riders two a breast.  Judged in the category and ability to stay as a pair.

13.     Maiden classes are for riders who have never won a blue ribbon.

15.  Gamblers Choice the rider to get the  most points in the time allowed wins.   

       Each fence is given points and can only be jumped once in each direction.

16.  Limit classes are for riders who have not won six  blue ribbons.

17.   Low Jumpers Table II, Sec. 2(b) If clean first round, then stay in the arena for the     jump off upon audible signal.

18.  Ride a Buck –  riders ride with a dollar bill under there leg and the last rider

       remaining gets everyone’s dollar.                             

19.  Horse Wise Riding Club Trophy Open & Walk/Trot - A flat class judged 40%  on performance, 40% on horsemanship and 20% neatness.  The judge’s top group will have a work off.  Winner to receive a trophy.

20.  Parking will be available in the pasture in front of the barn.

21. Divisions consist of: Leadline, Walk/Trot, Novice, Limit, Adult  and Open. 

22.  Leadline classes may be canceled on the day due to no entries, be ready for   warm up class to come sooner.

23.  Jr is for those 18 and under.  The pole courses will be a pile of poles set up like a course.
