ALL RISKS OF INJURY OR LOSS AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE
HIDDEN SPRINGS RANCH, DONNA AND JIM JOHNSON AND MICHELE MILLER EACH PERSON
WILL FURTHER AGREE THAT IF ANY DAMAGE THAT SHALL BE OCCASIONED OR LOSS
OCCUR, BY FIRE OR OTHERWISE, TO THE HORSES EXHIBITED, OR ANY VEHICLE OR
OTHER ARTICLE THAT MAY BE SENT WITH SUCH HORSES, THAT THEY WILL MAKE NO
CLAIM THEREFORE, OR DEMAND OF ANY KIND OR NATURE, THAT MAY BE OCCASIONED BY
THE HORSE EXHIBITED OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE PERSONS IN CHARGE OF SUCH
HORSES, AND TO REPAY
